视网膜中央动脉阻塞的荧光血管造影特征

摘　　要：目的　探讨视网膜中央动脉阻塞 (central retinalartery occlusion,CRAO)患者眼底荧光血管造影 (fundusfluorescein angiography,FFA)的特征。方法　观察 2 6例 2 6眼 CRAO患者荧光片的眼底血管充盈情况。结果　 CRAO患者 FFA示 :(1)动脉前期明显延长 ;(2 )视网膜动脉完成充盈循环时间延长 ;(3)视网膜动脉荧光素充盈前峰 ;(4)静脉回流迟缓 ;(5 )动脉小分支充盈缺损。结论　 CRAO患者 FFA片上的主要特征为视网膜动脉充盈迟缓和 /或充盈不足。To investage the features of fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) in patients with central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO).Methods The dye filled in the retinal vascular system was studied by angiography of the 26 CRAO cases (26 eyes).Results The angiogram showed:(1)The pre arterial phase was prolonged;(2)There was an abnormally long circulation time;(3)The vanguard of the fluorescein dye appeared in the artery;(4)The laminar flow appearing time was delayed;(5)There was a filling defect in the retinal small branches of artery.Conclusion The main feature of FFA in the patients with CRAO is filling delay and/or filling defect of retinal artery.
