高强固位纤维防治牙裂综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察高强固位纤维对早期牙裂综合征患牙的治疗效果。方法对2010年6月至2010年12月在佛山市口腔医院门诊就诊的60例牙隐裂患者,采用高强固位纤维带环状包裹粘结结扎技术修复后,3个月、6个月、12个月时随访,检查治疗效果。结果 60颗患牙经3～12个月的治疗成功有效率分别为73.33%、85.00%、89.66%,未见纤维带断裂、基牙折裂和修复边缘继发龋发生。结论高强固位纤维对防治牙裂综合征疗效显著,能有效保存活髓,破坏创伤少,值得在临床推广应用,长期效果正在观察中。Objective To observe the treatment effect of high-strength fiber used to control Cracked Tooth Syndrome. Methods 60 patients suffering from cracked tooth received a treatment of bonding ligation with high-strength fiber tape from June to December in 2010 and the effect of such treatment was examined in three, six and twelve months. Results The examination showed that respective efficiency was 73. 33%, 85. 00% and 89. 66%. No abutment tooth break, fiber break and margin secondary caries occurred. Conclusion High-strength fiber has significant effects on the control of Cracked Tooth Syndrome and vital pulp while devastation is less. It is worth generalizing and using in clinical treatment. But the long-term effects are still to be further observed.
