摘　　要：近些年高等职业教育在规模上发展迅速,各高等职业院校办学品牌的竞争日益激烈,而竞技体育水平的高低也是办学品牌的一个重要组成部分。竞技体育在扬校威、树品牌上具有不可代替的作用。如何对高职院校运动队进行有效管理,构建适应学校实际的管理模式,是提高运动队竞技水平的重大课题。Severer competitions between colleges to build up their brand appear with the rapid development of higher vocational education in recent years. The performance of a college in competitive sports is usually considered important and cannot be replaced by any other ones in brand building publicizing. How to manage the sports teams effectively and set up an adaptable management system play key roles in improving the performance of sports teams in higher vocational colleges.
