摘 要:目的探讨儿科护士职业压力源与职业倦怠的相关性。方法采用护士职业压力源量表及护士职业倦怠量表对武汉市3所三甲医院的135名儿科护士进行调查。结果护士的工作压力平均值为85.43分,属中度压力水平,职业倦怠检出率为78.50%。情绪耗竭、去人格化与护士工作压力源5个方面呈正相关(P<0.01),低个人成就感与护士工作压力源4个方面(除外工作量及时间分配问题)呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论儿科护士是职业倦怠的高发人群,其职业压力源与职业倦怠高度相关。Objective To explore the relation between occupational accidie and pressure source of pediatric nurses.Methods A total of 135 nurses from three upper-class-first-grade hospitals in Wuhan were recruited and investigated with Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) and Nurses′ Job Stressor Scale.Results The mean work pressure score was 85.43 which was moderate.The detection rate of occupational accidie was 78.50%.Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization was positively related with 5 aspects of work pressure source(P0.01),and dminished personal accomplishment was negatively related with 4 aspects of work pressure source(P0.01).Conclusion Pediatric nurses are high risk population of occupational accidie.There is a significant positive correlation between occupation pressure source and occupational accidie.
