摘　　要：近几年,脑瘫儿童的康复得到国家和各级政府的重视,采取一系列措施进行早期干预和康复训练,但在发展的过程中也存在着诸多问题。"十二五"将进一步加强脑瘫儿童康复服务体系、保障体系和服务规范的建设,推动脑瘫儿童康复工作的深入发展。Recent years,rehabilitation for the children with cerebral palsy raises certain concerns for the society and government.But there are still problems existing during the enforcement of a series of measures for early intervention and rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation service system and security system for children with cerebral palsy should be strengthened and regulated during the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂.
