摘 要:目的探讨小组教学在康复护理教学中的效果。方法在康复护理教学中,以护理学专业本科生为研究对象,实验组采用小组教学,对照组进行传统教学。采取调查问卷、考试成绩评价相结合的方式,评价小组教学在康复护理教学中的效果。结果实验组学生的考试成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.01);调查问卷显示,小组教学法可激发学生的学习兴趣和学生的内在学习动力,加深学生对知识的理解与运用,培养学生自学能力、分析和解决问题能力、人际沟通能力与团队协作精神等综合能力,同时小组教学的实施有助于教学相长。结论在康复护理教学中运用小组教学有助于提高教学效果。Objective To investigate the effects of group teaching in rehabilitation nursing.Methods 55 nursing students were divided into control group and experiment group.The control group received traditional teaching and the experiment group received group teaching.Questionnaire and examination performance were used to evaluate the effects of group teaching in the teaching of rehabilitation nursing.Results The scores were significantly higher in the experiment group than in the control group(P0.01).The questionnaire showed that group teaching can stimulate their interest and intrinsic motivation for learning,enhance their understanding and application of knowledge,cultivate their self-learning ability,analysis and problem-solving abilities,interpersonal communication skills and spirit of collaboration.At the same time,the implementation of group teaching helps both teaching and learning.Conclusion Group teaching can improve the teaching effectiveness of rehabilitation nursing.
