摘　　要：该文首先对上海市机动车停车配建指标管理进行梳理,分析现行管理方法在区域划分、用地性质分类、配建指标标准等方面的不适应性;之后总结国内外研究较成熟地区的机动车停车配建指标管理经验,归纳其在建筑物分类及配建指标标准两方面的成果;以此为基础提出上海市机动车停车配建指标管理的相关建议。First of all,the quota management of constructing Shanghai vehicle parking lots is classified,and unsuitability of existing-management in aspects of area-dividing,land usage classification and construction quota is analyzed.Then the domestic and foreign experiences in classification of buildings and standard of quota are summarized.Based on these,the quota management policy for constructing Shanghai vehicle parking lots is suggested.
