天麻头风灵胶囊制备的探索研究

摘　　要：目的提高天麻头风灵浸膏粉的临界相对湿度（CRH）和流动性，解决生产过程中粉末吸湿的质量问题。方法以临界相对湿度、粉体流动性为考察指标，并以加速稳定性试验加以验证，在原处方工艺的基础上加入不同辅料做详细考察，筛选出较优的处方工艺。结果在天麻头风灵胶囊处方中加入2％的部分预胶化淀粉（pc-10），能使其临界相对湿度由原来的52．0％提高到67．0％，有效改善粉末的吸湿情况。结论加入抗湿剂pc-10的天麻头风灵胶囊浸膏粉，其防潮性和流动性均较原处方工艺及其他组分的处方工艺有很大改善，能有效解决生产过程及贮存期的吸湿问题。Objective To investigate the optimal formulation and preparation of Tianmatoufengling Capsule, to improve the critical relative humidity （CRH） and the mobility of the extract powder of Tianmatoufengling Capsule and solve the hygroscopic quality problem through the production process. Methods The technology was preferenced by the CRH and the mobility of the extract powder, and proved it by accelerating stability test. Adding different accessories to the extract powder were investigated in detail on the basis of the former formulation and preparation. Results By evaluating the CRH and the mobility of the extract powder, adding 2% of the partly pregelatinized starch （ pc-10 ） in the extract powder can make CRH increased to 67.0% from 52.0% of the former formulation and preparation. Conclusion The hygroscopic quality of the extract powder by adding the pc- 10 was better than the former formulation and preparation and the others. It can effectively solve the hygroscopic problems through the production process and the storage period.
