氢氧化钙地塞米松糊剂根管治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氢氧化钙地塞米松糊剂根管治疗根尖周炎的临床效果。方法:收治根尖周炎患者92例(106颗牙),采用氢氧化钙地塞米松糊剂导入根管,氧化锌暂封,5天后复诊观察效果。结果:92例患者106颗牙经过治疗,显效86颗,显效率81.1%,有效14颗,有效率13.2%,无效6颗(5.7%),总有效率94.3%。结论:氢氧化钙地塞米松糊剂根管治疗根尖周炎疗效显著,操作简单,疗程短等优点。Objective：To study the paste calcium hydroxide dexamethasone root canal therapy perisplenitis was the clinical effect of. Metholds： The data of our hospital in March 2011 to March 2012 treatment of 92 patients with perisplenitis root, the calcium hydroxide dexamethasone paste into root canal, zinc oxide temporarily seal ,5 future visit observing effect. Results： 92 cases 106 teeth after treatment ,86 of blood, significant efficiency is 81. 1%, 14 of effective, efficient for 13.2% , invalid 6 star, 5.7% , in the effective rate was 94.3%. Conclusion： Calcium hydroxide dexamethasone paste a root canal root perisplenitis curative effect is distinct, simple operation, short course and other advantages, is worth clinical promotion.
