摘 要:建立了高效液相色谱法测定玉米及玉米叶中除草剂乙草胺的分析方法。玉米用乙腈提取,玉米叶用乙酸乙酯提取,经过固相萃取小柱净化处理,用HPLC检测。当乙草胺的添加量在0.01~0.5mg·kg-1水平下,乙草胺在玉米和玉米叶中添加回收率分别为85.47%~90.67%和93.03%~98.24%,相对标准偏差为1.497%~2.177%和1.113%~1.629%。此方法灵敏、可靠,满足农药残留分析的要求。An analytical method was developed for determination of residue amount of acetochlor herbicide residues in corn. Seed samples were extracted with acetonitrile and leaf samples were extracted with Ethyl acetate. The extracts were cleaned up by solid-phase extraction,checked by high performance liquid chromatography. Samples were fortified with acetochlor at levels between 0.01 and 0.5 mg· kg 1. The recovery ranged from 85.47% to 90.67% for seeds,93.03% to 98. 24% for leaves with the relative standard deviations of 1. 497 % to 2. 177 % , 1. 113 % and 1. 629 % respectively. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of acetochlor in corn seeds and leaves.
