摘 要:保加利亚大马士革玫瑰属蔷薇科蔷薇属玫瑰中的一种富含玫瑰油的品种,采用传统扦插方法进行繁殖,但是从加拿大引入的该种生根率极低。为提高其生根率,试验采用4个浓度的生根粉和3种基质对3个不同品种(fourseasons、celsiana、rose de rescht)进行扦插,同时控制其温度与湿度,结果表明:3个品种的扦插成活率品种1高,品种2最低,其基质的选择为珍珠岩最好,其次是草炭和珍珠岩混合,由于草炭透气性差,故成活率较低,3个品种在生根粉浓度的选择上依次选用50mg·kg-1、100mg·kg-1、30mg·kg-1。The Rosa damascena Mill. helongs to Rosa of Rosaceae ,which is rich of Rose oil. It can be bred by cutting traditionally. However the rose from Canada has low rooting rate. So in order to improve the rate, four different con- centrations of ABT and three substrates for three varieties of Rosa rugosa cutting were selected in the study. At the same time, a favorable temperature and humidity should be controlled well. The results showed that the rooting rate of the four seasons was the highest, and eelsiana had lowest rate. The best substrate was perlite, and the favorite concen- trations of ABT for three varieties were 50 mg · kg-1 ,100 mg· kg-1 and 30 mg· kg-1 ,respectively.
