摘　　要：血管瘤及血管畸形是好发于颌面部的疾病,约占全身同类疾病的60%。由于疾病发生于颌面部,对患者面容美观造成极大影响,使患者产生很大的心理负担。对于血管瘤及血管畸形的治疗方法较多,不同类型应采取不同的治疗方法,以取得最满意的疗效。The vascular anomalies in the oral and maxillofaeial region are a common disease, which accounts for approximately 60% of the lesion in the whole body. The faeial vascular anomalies not only affect the appearance and function of patients but also can cause the psychological prnhlems. The treatment of vascular anomalies is extremely challenging because of the diffieuhy in how to choose a safe and effective method from so many management choices. From the view point of plastic and aesthetic surgery＇, it can be concluded from this study that the most appropriate treatment of vascular anomalies should depend on the classificalions of the lesion as well as the special regiunal anatomy.
