摘 要:目的:探讨Ⅰ、Ⅲ代BLB种植体不同形态结构及表面处理对实验性种植体周围炎发生发展的影响。方法:Ⅰ、Ⅲ代BLB种植体各12枚,随机各选1枚即刻植入Beagle犬双侧第二、三前磨牙拔牙窝内,采用自身对照,随机选一侧为实验侧(i),另一侧为对照侧(ii)。i侧用丝线结扎法构建炎症,定期测量种植体周探诊深度(PPD)并拍X线片观察;最后制作硬组织切片,测量骨丧失程度。采用SPSS 16.0软件包,用t检验对PPD值及骨丧失程度进行统计处理。结果:绑线后6周,Ⅲ代BLB种植体PPD明显大于Ⅰ代(P<0.05),X线片观察种植体周呈现弹坑样骨丧失;组织学观察Ⅲ代BLB种植体周围垂直性骨丧失高于Ⅰ代,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但水平骨丧失差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Ⅲ代BLB种植体可能由于表面的螺旋结构及涂层粗糙度大,较Ⅰ代BLB种植体更容易促进实验性种植体周围炎的发生发展。Objective: The aim was to investigate the effect of BLB Ⅰ generation and m generation dental implants on the progression of experimental peri-implantitis. Methods: 6 healthy male Beagle dogs were used in this study. 2,3 premolars in both sides of the mandible were extracted, and a total of 24 BLB Ⅰ and BLB Ⅲ implants were randomly implanted into the extraction wounds. One side was randomly selected as experimental group (i), and the other side as control group (ii). Three months later, peri-implantitis was initiated by binding silk threads around the neck of the implants in experimental group. Peri-implant probing depth (PPD) and radiographies were assessed at two-week intervals. Tissue sections were prepared for histological observation. Vertical bone loss (VBL) and horizontal bone loss (HBL) were measured. Data were compared with paired t test using SPSS 16.0 statistical package. Results: Craterlike bone loss was found around the implants by radiographic examination at the end of 6 weeks after binding threads in experiment group. PPD of BLB Ⅲ implants was deeper than those of BLB I implants (P〈0.05). Means of VBL in BLB m implants was greater than the BLB I implants through histology observation (P〈0.05). However, no statistical difference was found about HBL among different implants (/9〉0.05). Conclusions: Due to the spiral structure and higher coating roughness, BLB m implants promote the emergence and development of experimental peri-implantitis more quickly than BLB Ⅰ implants.
