米诺环素对急性智齿冠周炎治疗效果的观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察米诺环素(派丽奥)软膏治疗智齿冠周炎的效果。方法 :选取急性智齿冠周炎83例,随机分为实验组(n=39)和对照组(n=44)。实验组经3%过氧化氢液和生理盐水交替冲洗冠周后,将派丽奥软膏注入智齿冠周盲袋内;对照组经冠周冲洗后,将2%碘甘油置入盲袋内并口服抗生素(头孢拉定0.25 g/次,4次/d,连续服用3 d)。3 d后复诊评价疗效。结果 :实验组的痊愈率(56.42%)和总有效率(89.74%)均较对照组(29.55%,70.45%)高,差异均有统计学意义(痊愈率:χ2=6.12,P<0.05;治愈率:χ2=4.72,P<0.05)。两组均无不良反应发生。结论 :派丽奥软膏是一种高效安全、操作简单的治疗智齿冠周炎的局部缓释药物。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of periocline on acute pericoronitis. Methods： 83 cases of acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth were randomly divided into two groups. Experiment group （n=39）, tooth pocket were rinsed by 3% hydrogen dioxide solution and saline water and then periocline ointment was applied into the pocket. Comparison group （n=44）, after the pocket was rinsed, 2% iodine-glycerin was applied, and combined with oral administration of antibiotics for 3 days. Therapeutic effects between the two groups were assessed 3 days later after treatment. Results： The cure rate of acute pericoronitis in experiment group and comparison group were 56.42% and 29.55% respectively. The effective rate in experiment group and comparison group were 89.74% and 70.45% respectively. There was an obvious statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Periocline is effective and safe in treatment of acute pericoronitis.
