摘 要:以丝瓜络为原料,经氯化锌活化丝瓜络制备微孔活性炭。通过设计正交实验,考察了不同因素氯化锌浓度、活化温度、活化时间和浸泡时间对所制备活性炭吸附性能的影响。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为活化剂浓度40%、活化温度450℃、活化时间60 min和浸泡时间12 h。在此条件下制备的活性炭孔径分布窄,为多微孔、无定形活性炭,BET比表面积达1 020 m2/g,其吸附碘值、亚甲基蓝值分别达到819.45 mg/g、165.43 mg/g,是一种廉价且吸附性能高的吸附材料。Microporous activated carbon was prepared from luffa cylindrical sponge by ZnCl2 activation. The effects of concentration of zinc chloride solution, activation temperature, activation time and impregnating time on the properties of as-prepared activated carbons were investigated by means of orthogonal test design. Results showed that the optimal conditions were following: concentration of zinc chloride solution of 40%, activation temperature of 450 ~C, activation time of 60 min, and impregnating time of 12 h. The as-prepared activated carbon exhibits porous and amorphous structure, which has a high surface area of 1 020 mE/g, and the iodine and methylene blue adsorption value reached to 819.45 mg/g and 65.43 mg/g, respectively. This study presents that luffa cylindrical sponge is a low cost raw material with high adsorption properties.
