递法明联合眼针治疗青少年单纯性近视的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨递法明联合眼针治疗青少年单纯性近视的有效性。方法 138眼青少年单纯性近视眼随机分为两组:A组为递法明联合眼针治疗组(45例),B组为递法明联合复方托吡卡胺治疗组(44例)。比较两组治疗后视力改善情况。结果 (1)A组治愈38眼,显效13眼,有效7眼,有效率为84.05%;B组治愈27眼,显效11眼,有效10眼,有效率为69.57%,A组优于B组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.068,P<0.05);(2)两组治疗后裸眼视力均较治疗前提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组治疗后裸眼视力提高较B组明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论递法明联合眼针治疗青少年单纯性近视的疗效明显优于递法明联合复方托吡卡胺治疗,疗效可靠,可在临床进行推广。Objective To discuss the effectiveness of difrarel combined with acupuncture in treating juvenile myopia.Methods One hundred and thirty eight juvenile nearsightedness were randomly divided into the A,B groups.Difrarel united with the acupuncture was used in group A（n=45）,group B Difrarel united with tropicamide was used in group B（n=44）.Results（1） In group A,38 eyes were cured,13 eyes had marked effect,7 eyes were effective,the total cure rate was 84.05%.In group B,27 eyes were cured,11 eyes had marked effect,10 were effective,the total cure rate was 69.57%.The efficacy of group A surpassed group B,with significant differences（χ2=4.068,P〈0.05）.（2） After treatment,the uncorrected visual acuity than those before treatment improved,there was significant difference（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the group A of uncorrected visual acuity to improve significantly compared with group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of difrarel united with the acupuncture is better than difrarel united with tropicamide,its curative effect is reliable,therefore this method can be used as juvenile myopia effective treatments for promotion.
