黄连浸出液局部换药辅助治疗糖尿病足的观察

摘　　要：目的研究黄连浸出液局部换药对糖尿病足患者临床症状、血流情况的影响及其安全性。方法 52例糖尿病足患者分为治疗组(28例)和对照组(24例),在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用局部黄连浸出液换药。结果 28例治疗组患者治疗总体显效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组肢体疼痛、冷感、间歇性跛行均较对照组改善程度明显增加(P<0.01),治疗组踝肱指数较对照组增加明显(P<0.01),无明显不良反应发生。结论黄连浸出液局部换药可辅助治疗糖尿病足。Objective To investgate the Coptis leaching solution Dressing for diabetic foot patients with clinical symptoms, blood flow and its security. Methods 52 cases of diabetic foot patients were divided into treatment group （28 eases） and control group （24 eases）, in the conventional treatment based on treatment group plus dressing Coptis leaching solution Tincture. Results the overall efficiency of the treatment group was better than control group significantly （P〈0.05）, in treatment group, limb pain, apathy, intermittent clandication improvement are increased significantly than the control group （P〈0.01）, also the ankle-brachial index （P〈0.01）, no significant adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Coptis leaching solution dressing can assist the treatment of diabetic foot.
