摘　　要：目的探讨肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现及诊断与鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析27例经手术或病理证实的各类肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现。结果 12例肾上腺皮质腺瘤,体积较小,密度均匀,边界清楚。4例皮质腺癌,肿块大,密度不均匀,多呈分叶状,明显不均匀强化。6例转移瘤,密度较均匀,不规则环形强化。3例嗜铬细胞瘤,密度略高,不均匀强化。1例髓样脂肪瘤呈混杂密度,脂性成分不强化。1例肾上腺囊肿,边界清楚,密度均匀呈水样低密度影。结论肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现有一定特点,CT扫描对正确诊断及鉴别诊断有重要的价值。Objective To evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal tumors.Methods The data of 27 patients on CT of adrenal tumors were analyzed retrospectively, the results were then confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results Adenocarcinoma and Pheochromocytoma were usually the largest irregular mass of uneven density with uneven enhance.Metastatic tumor presented as uniform density mass with irregular ring enhancement.Myelolipoma presented as uneven density mass with fat contents.Conclusion Adreanl tumors showed characteristic CT appearance and CT scanning had important role in adrenal tumor diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
