树脂镜片加工用局部球面并联机床的设计

摘  要:针对光学树脂镜片传统注塑和浇铸方法加工工艺复杂的问题,提出采用局部球面并联机床实现镜片加工的方法.依据空间机构自由度理论对局部球面并联机床的基本结构进行设计,通过分析局部球面并联机床的工作空间,建立了杆件的长度变化以及铰链角度变化的理论模型,以此为基础研究了保证镜片周边加工完整性和加工不同镜片轮廓可靠性的方法,给出了用于树脂镜片加工的局部球面并联机床的设计方法.In order to simplify the complex manufacturing processing techniques of optical resin lenses by tradi- tional injection modeling and casting methods, new lenses processing method by local spherical parallel machine was proposed. Based on the degrees of freedom theory of space agencies, the basic structure of the local spherical parallel machine was designed. Through the analysis of local spherical workspace of the parallel machine tool, a theoretical model was set up to predict the changes of rod length and the changes of hinge angle. Furthermore, the techniques to ensure integrity of lens peripheral during manufacturing processing were studied. The reliability of the local spherical parallel machine tools designed for resin lens processing was analysed for different lens contours.
