摘　　要：目的从临床和病理方面研究1例皮肤结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤,以引起对此病的重视。方法对1例NK/T细胞淋巴瘤进行临床和病理分析,并进行文献复习。结果普通病理结合免疫组织化学支持皮肤的结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤。结论皮肤的结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤恶性度高,易误诊,预后差,需依据临床表现、组织学特点、免疫组化表达尽早诊断。Objective To study the clinical and pathological features of primary NK/T cell lymphoma of skin and to investigate the effective diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods The specimens of a patient with primary NK/T cell lymphoma of the skin were observed by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry,and the literature was reviewed.Results The general pathological and immunohistochemical method could diagnose NK/T cell lymphoma of the skin.Conclusions Primary NK/T cell lymphoma of the skin is a rare entity and progressed rapidly.The histopathological,immunohistochemical expression should be carried out as soon as possible in order to get the defined diagnosis.
