摘　　要：目的 :通过对原发性醛固酮增多症患者的临床特点的分析和 Conn s腺瘤的 CT表现探讨 ,提出该肾上腺皮质腺瘤的 CT诊断。方法 :本文总结 38例经手术后病理证实的患者 ,男 8例 ,女 30例 ,全部采用薄层 CT扫描。结果 :本组患者均为一侧单发腺瘤 ,瘤体较小 ,79%的腺瘤直径小于 2 cm。增强效果差 ,且突出于肾上腺。结论 :CT是诊断 Conn s腺瘤的一种重要方法 ,尤其是薄层扫描、增强CT更有利于小腺瘤的显示。Objective:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]To establish the diagnosis of corticoadrenal adenoma by analysing the CT features of Conns syndrome in patients with primary aldersteronism.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]38 cases with Conns syndrome were reported.All cases were experienced surgical operations and pathological confirmatios.Among them 8 were males and 30 were females.Using thin slice scanning when the patients were examined by CT.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]All patients have only one adenoma on one side of the adrenals.The adenomas are small and 79% of their diameters are less than 2cm,they presented low density and poor contrats effect projecting from the adrenal.[WT5HZ]Conclusions:[WT5BZ]CT is an important imaging modality in the examination of Conns syndrome.Thin slice CT scanning and contrast CT scanning will be helpful to detect even small tumors. [WT5HZ]
