摘　　要：目的观察注射用低分子肝素治疗短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）的疗效及该药对出凝血指标的影响。方法临床诊断TIA患者应用注射用低分子肝素钙4800U皮下注射，每12h一次治疗，进行临床观察并与对照组比较，同时观察治疗组在使用低分子肝素前后血小板及INR的变化。结果治疗组的基本治愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），治疗组用药前后BPT、INR差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），未发现明显不良反应。结论低分子肝素是治疗TIA的一种安全、有效的药物。Objective To observe the effect of low molecular weight heparin in treatment of transient ischemic attack （TIA） and the effect of it on coagulation indexes. Methods In the treatment group, TIA patients was treated with Subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium every 12 hours, and the platelet change and the INR change were observed, and the change of patients was compared with patients in the control group. Results In the treatment groups, the basic cure rate and the total effective rate were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）, and there were no obvious side effects, but BPT and INT had no significant difference（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin is a safe and effective drug in treatment of TIA.
