VEGF—D与舌鳞癌淋巴转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的检测舌鳞癌组织中VEGF-D（血管内皮生长因子-D）蛋白的表达，分析推断VEGF—D在舌鳞癌淋巴转移中的作用。方法应用免疫组化PV9000二步法检测69例舌鳞癌组织中VEGF-D蛋白的表达。结果69例舌鳞癌中30例VEGF-D表达阳性，阳性率为43．48％，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。舌鳞癌患者淋巴结转移阳性组中VEGF-D蛋白表达显著高于无淋巴结转移舌鳞癌患者组（P〈O．05）。结论VEGF-D表达升高与淋巴转移有关。Objective To detect the expression levels of VEGF-D（vascular endothelial growth factor-D） in tongue squamous cell carcinoma. To analyse the possible mechanism of the VEGF-D of lymph node metastasis in tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods To research the expression of proteinum of VEGF-D in 69 cases of tongue squa- mous cell carcinoma by use of immunohistochemistry of PV9000. Results The positive expression of VEGF-D in tongue squamous cell carcinoma was 43.48%. There was statistical difference of the positive expression rate of con- trol group（P〉0.05）. The positive rate of VEGF-D in lymph node metastasis group were higher than those of non lymph node metastasis group（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion The high expressive rate of VEGF-D proteinum is associated with lymph node metastasis.
