摘  要:为探讨氧自由基在儿童顽固性癫痫(RE)发病中的作用,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶方法测定30例RE患儿和20例正常儿童(对照组)红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)的活性。结果:RE组E-SOD活性明显低于对照组(P<0.01),8岁以下组明显低于8岁及以上组(P<0.01);患儿E-SOD活性无性别差异(P>0.05)。说明RE患儿体内存在氧自由基代谢紊乱,异常增多的氧自由基可能参与RE的病理生理过程,给予RE患儿(尤其8岁以下)氧自由基清除剂可能有一定的治疗作用。In order to explore the role of oxygen free radical (OFR) in the pathogenesis of refractory epilepsy (RE) in children, erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (E-SOD) activity was determined by xanthinoxidase method in 30 children with RE as RE group and 20 healthy children as normal control group. The results showed that E-SOD activity in RE group was significantly lower than that in normal control group, and simultaneously, this activity in younger children with RE (<8 years old) was also significantly lower than that in elder children. In addition, there was no significant difference in E-SOD activity between children with different sex (P>0. 05). It is concluded that there might be the disturbance of OFR metabolism in children with RE, and abnormal increase OFR probably take part in the physiopathological course in the children with RE, especially in younger affected children (<8 years old). It is suggested that it will be helpful to give E-SOD e-liminants for the treatment of children with RE.
