RhoC蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨RhoC蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的分级分期、转移浸润、分化程度和疾病复发等临床特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测RhoC蛋白在286例结直肠癌组织中的表达情况，统计分析其在肿瘤的分级分期、转移浸润、分化程度和疾病复发等方面的差异。结果RhoC蛋白的阳性表达率在结直肠癌的Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、T3＋T4浸润和复发病例中显著增高，存在相关性，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但是与患者的年龄、性别、有无家族史、肿瘤大小和分化程度之间不存在相关性，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论RhoC蛋白的表达与结直肠癌的转移、浸润存在相关性，并且可能成为结直肠癌预后的评价指标。Objective To investigate the correlation of RhoC protein and clinical hisropathological characteristics of colorectal cancer. Methods Tumor samples from 286 cases with colorectal cancer were collected to detect the ex pression of RhoC protein using antibodies against human RhoC protein by immunohistochemical staining. Differences of protein expression among pathological types, grades, TNM stages, recurrences and metastasis and invasion in canc- er tissues were analyzed statistically. Results The positive RhoC protein staining was increased significantly in the colorectal cancer cases of Ⅲ～Ⅳ stages,lymph node metastasis, T3＋ T4 invasion and recurrences（P^0.05）. How- ever, the positive RhoC protein staining was not increased in the colorectal cancer cases of ages, sex, family history, tumor size and differentiation（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion RhoC protein expression is correlated with the some clinical histopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer,and may be a novel prognostic marker of colorectal cancer.
