摘　　要：在高校职业生涯规划课逐渐转变为必修课的背景下。以实践性和体验性为特色的职业生涯规划课对教师以知识构建为核心的传统教学模式提出了新的挑战。高校结合自身办学特色,积极创新职业生涯规划课教学模式对激发学生内在需求、提高课程教学质量和毕业生就业质量有着十分重要的现实意义。任课教师只有遵循教育规律,从课前准备、创新课堂教学方法、课后及时总结提高入手,才能切实提高职业生涯规划课教学质量。University＇s career planning course is transforming into required subjects. In this background, teachers＇ traditional teaching mode are facing new challenges which career planning with characteristics of practice and experience features. Also it is of great significance to improve the teaching quality of career planning, combining university＇s unique characteristics of running a school with innovative teaching mode. The effective methods of improving teaching quality are the teacher following education principles, preparing before class, bringing forth new teaching methods and summarizinz in time.
