大学生就业指导课教学模式研究

摘　　要：开设就业指导课是高校应对大学生就业难的重要举措,一方面通过专业化、全程化的就业指导可以提高大学生的就业能力,帮助大学生顺利就业,另一方面就业指导课本身就是大学生成才教育的重要环节。大学生就业指导课应该成为高校的必修课程,由于开设时间短,缺乏优秀师资,我国高校就业指导课教学存在诸多缺陷,比如教学内容过于重视技巧忽视学生素质的培养,教学重理论轻实践,实效性不强,教学方法简单僵化等。高校就业指导课应该重视案例教学,丰富授课方式,增强互动,更多结合就业实际,进行实地参观等教学方法,切实提高教学质量和效果。Career guidance course is an important measure for colleges and universities respond to student employment difficulty. On the one hand, it helps students successfully employed through specialization, full of career guidance; on the other hand it is an important part of a university education which should be required courses of the university. Due to lack of qualified instructors and teaching, it has many defects. Such as it is too much emphasis on the skills to neglect the training of student quality, not pay attention to the practice, effectiveness is not strong. Therefore, university career guidance classes should pay attention to the case of teaching, rich teaching methods, enhanced interactivity, and more combine employment, carry out site visits and other teaching methods, and effectively improve teaching quality.
