摘　　要：目的建立GC法对赛霉安痔疮栓中龙脑的含量进行测定。方法毛细管气相色谱法,以水杨酸甲酯为内标。结果线性范围为0.414~3.726μg（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为96.13%,RSD=0.52%（n=6）。该方法简便、快速,重现性好,可用于赛霉安痔疮栓的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To develop a GC method for determination of Borneol in haemorrhoids suppository.METHODS Using methylsalicylate as inter-standard,the content of borneol was assayed by capillary column.RESULTS The linear range of borneol was 0.414~3.726μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery of borneol was 96.13% with RSD of 0.52%（n=6）.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the assay of borneol in Saimeian heamorrhoids suppository.
