基于Matlab和Excel的高职院校毕业设计管理系统的设计

摘　　要：目前,在高职院校学生的毕业设计中,教师要将很多时间花在有关文档的处理上,且毕业设计过程的监控较为困难。为此,借助常见软件开发简易的毕业设计管理系统,以提高教师指导毕业设计的效率,并规范毕业设计的过程。该系统利用Matlab GUI功能进行界面开发,并利用Excel进行底层数据库设计。文章介绍了各子系统的功能、相互关系及具体的实现方法,试用表明,系统基本上达到了预期目的。At present, in view of the fact that teachers have to spend lots of time on processing the graduation design of college para-graduates when they tutor the them and that it is difficult to monitor the process, the author puts forward a efficiency and regulate simple graduation design management system with common softwares to improve work the process, a system which uses Matlab GUI function to develop interface and uses Excel to design the database. This paper also introduces functions and connections between each sub-system. Trial shows that this system has achieved the expected goal.
