摘  要:为探讨常压下辛烯基琥珀酸酐(OSA)水解反应的动力学特征,以体积比为1∶2.40的水和丙酮混合溶液为水解介质,在OSA浓度很小(CH2O/CA0>>50),温度为298.15~328.15 K范围内,采用初始浓度微分法,研究了OSA的均相水解反应动力学,建立了动力学模型。结果表明,OSA的表观级数为一级,水解反应表观活化能Ea为47.46 kJ/mol,指前因子A为5.150×105。这为进一步揭示OSA的水解反应机理及其过程调控奠定了理论基础。The kinetics of homogeneous hydrolysis of octenyl succinic anhydride (OSA) was studied by the differential method of initial concentration and the kinetic model was established under the conditions that the hydrolysis medium was water-acetone mixture ( 1 : 2.4 V/V), the temperature was between 298. 15 -328. 15 K and OSA was in small concentration (CH2O/CAO〉〉50) to investigate the kinetic characteristics for the hydrolysis of OSA under atmospheric condition. The results showed that the apparent order of OSA hydrolysis was in first order, the apparent activation energy of hydrol- ysis reaction was 47.46 kJ/mol, while the pre-exponential factor was 5. 150×10^5. The results could provide the theoretical foundation for revealing the hydrolysis mechanism and process regulation of OSA.
