慢性泪囊炎两种治疗方法的比较

摘　　要：目的评价泪道逆行置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法收集2008年6月氉目的评价泪道逆行置管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法收集2008年6月至12月行鼻腔泪囊吻合术患者41例(41眼),同期行泪道逆行置管术患者104例(104眼),从治疗费用、手术时间、术后疗效等方面对两种术式进行比较。结果鼻腔泪囊吻合术组治愈率92.7%,住院时间(12.0±1.2)d,手术时间平均120.0min,手术及住院费用(2862.5±53.1)元;泪道逆行置管术组治愈率89.4%,无需住院,手术时间平均8.0min,手术费用(854.0±23.6)元,二种术式在治愈率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在住院时间、手术时间和费用方面差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论鼻腔泪囊吻合术和泪道逆行置管术的治疗效果一致,但泪道逆行置管术显示了一定的优越性。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of retrograde lacrimal intu- bation for chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Forty-one patients （41 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis were selected to receive dacryocystorhinostomy from June 2008 to De- cember 2008. On the same period, 104 patients （104 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis were selected to receive retrograde lacrimal intubation. The treatment cost, surgical time and clinical effects of two methods were compared. Results The cured rate of dacryocystorhinostomy was 92.7% ,the time in hospital was （ 12.0 ± 1.2） days ,the aver- age surgical time was 120.0 minutes,and the total cost was （2862.5 ± 53.1 ） Yuan. The cured rate of retrograde lacrimal intubation was 89.4% , the patient did no need to stay in hospital, the average surgical time was 8.0 minutes, and the cost was （854.0 ± 23.6） Yuan. There was no statistical difference in cured rate between two methods （P 〉 0. 05 ）, but there were statistical differences in hospital staying time,surgical time and cost（ all P〈O 05 ）. Conclusion The dacryocystorhinostomy and retrograde lacrimal intuba- tion have the same therapeutic effects, but the retrograde lacrimal intubation operation shows some advantages.
