摘 要:目的:在Typodont上对改良设计的铸造横腭弓进行初步研究。方法:选取错牙合畸形患者30例,上颌模型按要求翻制3副正畸模拟模型,根据装配的横腭弓类型分为对照组、传统组及改良组,观察其在三维方向上对支抗磨牙的影响。结果:改良组和传统组各检测指标均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),改良组和传统组比较,伸长位移指标无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余指标两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良铸造金属横腭弓是一种良好的增强磨牙支抗的方法。Objective: To study the feasibility of improved casting metal transpalatal arch preliminari- ly. Methods: Thirty patients with malocclusion deformity were chosen. Three typodont copies of max- illary model were made according to the requirement and were divided into control group, traditional group and improved group according the types of assembled transpalatal arches. The influences of dif- ferent transpakatal arches on anchorage molars in 3D directions were observed. Results: All the detec- ting indexes of improved group and traditional group were lower than those of control group (P 〈 0. 05). There was no statistical difference in elongation displacement index between improved group and traditional group (P 〉 0.05 ), and statistical differences were found in the other indexes between the two groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions: Improved casting metal transpalatal arch is a good method for enhancing molar anchorage.
