摘　　要：中华人民共和国质量技术监督局于1999年8月17日发布局长签发的6号令,施行《原产地域产品保护规定》。于1999年10月10日向社会公告,正式受理绍兴酒原产地域保护申请。受理公告三个月内没有收到社会各界提出的异议,根据法律程序在2000年1月27日在北京进行了专家审核,并获得通过。Since 1995, our government began to have held talks and exchanges with French government and European Union about protecting the products from the origianl producing place, and gradually defined the laws and regulations. On May 1997, the leaders of both China and France again held talks and expressed difinitely to protect the trade names of the products from original producing area and strengthen cooperation to strike forgeries. On March 1st, 2000, the first product of 'Shaoxingjiu' began to be protected by the government, which led the work into the law track.
