摘　　要：梗阻性黄疸患儿往往需要接受复杂的手术治疗,手术创伤大,机体处于严重应激状态。营养不良是梗阻性黄疸患儿术后并发症和病死率增高的重要原因。对围手术期患儿营养状态的正确评估和选择合适的营养支持方法及成分有重要意义。The children with obstructive jaundice usually need to accept complex surgical treatment. Malnutrition is an important reason for increased postoperative complications and mortality of the children with obstructive jaundice. It is important for the children to assess the nutritional status correctly and choose appropriate methods and composition of nutritional support.
