PLC语句表编程中堆栈方法研究

摘　　要：首先介绍了西门子S7-200PLC堆栈及相关的指令在语句表编程中的应用,然后研究了复杂的控制流程转化为语句表的方法与步骤。该方法关键是要分析整个控制流程中的块及块的串并联结构,使用LPS指令保护中间结果并弹出堆栈,下一级即之前保存的结果自动升顶。研究结果表明,该方法对于正确地编写语句表程序有一定的实际应用意义。The research of interconversion between complex control flow and instruction list becomes a key technique in PLC development. In this paper, we first introduce the stack and its instructions of SIEMENS S7-200 PLC STL in the sentence list programming,and then,we design methods and steps which could transform the complex control flow to the sentence list. The key is to analyze the block of the control flow and its series-parallel connection,to pop up the stack and to protect using LPS instructions,the results of the preservation before （i. e. the next level） the automatic promotion. Research results show that our proposed method has significant application meanings in sentence list programming.
