摘 要:目的探讨张家口地区卵巢癌易感性与CYP1A1基因MspI位点多态性的关系。方法研究采用PCR-RFLP技术,将张家口地区34例卵巢癌患者作为实验组,45例健康女性人群作为对照组,分析CYP1A1基因3′端限制性内切酶MspI位点基因的基因多态性。结果卵巢癌组MspI基因型分布为:基因型TT占21.8%;基因型TC占52.7%;基因型CC占25.5%;等位基因T、C分别为48.2%、51.8%。健康人群组MspI基因型分布为,基因型TT占42.2%;基因型TC占46.7%;基因型CC占11.1%;等位基因T、C分别为65.6%、34.4%。结论该地区健康人群组和卵巢癌组CYP1A1基因MspI位点均呈多态性分布,两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05),提示卵巢癌发病率可能与CYP1A1基因型有关。Objective To study the relationship between MspⅠ polymorphism of CYP1A1 gene and susceptibility to ovarian cancer in Zhangjiakou area. Methods 45 cases in healthy female group and 34 ca- ses with ovarian cancer in Zhangjiakou area were all examined by allele specific amplification and PCR- RFLP technology to detect gene polymorphism of restriction enzyme of 3'terminal of CYP1A1. Results The distributions of genotypes MspⅠ in patients with ovarian cancer were as follows: frequencies of geno- typesTT, TC, CC and alleles T and C were 21.8%, 52.7%, 25.5%, and 48.2%, 51.8%, respec- tively. And the distributions of genotypes MspⅠ in healthy group were as follows: the frequencies of geno- types TT, TC, CC and alleles T and C were 42.2%, 46.7%, 11.1% and 65.6%, 34.4%, respective- ly. Conclusion The distribution of CYP1A1-MspⅠ genotypes is statistically significant different between ovarian cancer patients and healthy group ( P〈0.05), which may indicate the relationship between inci- dence of ovarian cancer and CYP1A1 genotype.
