摘  要:目的评价乳腺钼靶X线摄影和超声诊断乳腺黏液癌的价值。方法回顾性分析218例可疑乳腺黏液癌的乳腺钼靶X线摄影和超声提示,其中171例病理变化证实乳腺黏液癌。结果 171例中,术前钼靶X线摄影提示乳腺癌127例,术前超声提示乳腺癌的109例。乳腺钼靶X线摄影表现为中等密度肿块影51例,局限性密度增高25例,毛刺样肿块48例,伴有簇样砂粒样钙化31例。超声显示为界限不清和形态不规则实性肿块64例,界限清楚和形态规则实性肿块26例,囊实性肿块19例。乳腺钼靶X线摄影和超声诊断准确率分别为74.2%和63.7%。结论乳腺钼靶X线摄影和超声对乳腺黏液癌有诊断价值,但前者优于后者,二者结合能提高诊断率。Objective To evaluate molybdenum target mammographic and sonographic diagnosis of mucinous breast adenocarcinoma. Methods The molybdenum target mammographic and sonographic appearances of 218 patientssuspicious with mucinous breast adenocarcinoma roved pathologically were retrospectively analyzed,171 cases by pathology was mutinous breast adenocarcinoma.Results Among the 171 cases,the sensitivity of molybdenum target mammographic was127cases,but the sonographic diagnosis was only 109cases.The X-ray features of mutinous breast adanoeareinoma,there were 51cases with medium density masses,25 cases with locally high density masses,and there were 48 cases with spiculations,31 cases with clustered sand--shaped calcification.Sonography presented the tumor as an irregular, hazy marginated, solid mass in 64 cases,a regular, learly marginated mass in 26 cases,a cystic-solid mass in 19 cases.The rate of accuracy diagnosis of molybdenum target mammogaphy and sonography respectivelywas 74.2% and 63.7%.Conclusion Both molybdenum target ammography and sonography are an useful diagostic mathod of mutinous breast adenocarcinoma,but the former better than the latter.When molybdenum target mammography combined with sonography,the rate of accuracy diagnosis will be improved.
