摘　　要：土地财政是我国特有的一种经济现象。它的形成既与我国的经济体制有关,也是中央政府、地方政府、开发商以及居民在土地收益上的博弈结果。用博弈轮的方法来分析各个利益主体的收益函数、战略选择以及利益主体之间的博弈过程,可以揭示土地财政形成的演化过程和必然性。Land finance is an economic phenomenon particular in China. It is both a result of Chinese economic system and an outcome of the games centering on the allocation of land interests and profits between the Central Government, local governments, real estates developers and residents. Game-theory-based analyses of the interest parties＂ income functions, strategic choices and the gaming process between the parties helps reveal the history and inevitability of land finance development.
