摘　　要：介绍了新加坡南洋理工学院的办学理念、办学宗旨、办学策略、办学特色、专业开发、学生管理、教学与管理等。重点阐述了新加坡南洋理工学院将技能培养贯穿始终的教学组织、以就业为导向的动静结合的课程体系、突出职业技能和职业态度培养的工学结合的学期项目平台等诸多特点。Based on the visiting study in Nanyang Polytechnic, the author gives overall introductions in this thesis to the ideas, aims, strategies, characteristics of school-running, as well as profession development, students＇ management, teaching and management and other aspects of Nanyang Polytechnic. In particular, Nanyang Polytechnic organizes its education with skill training throughout, creates a static-dynamic employment-oriented curriculum system, sets up a term project platform combining work and study and so on, which greatly inspires our college＇s future work.
