摘　　要：哈贝马斯和芬伯格的技术民主化道路难以满足互联网时代的要求。在以建构主义为视角分析互联网的基础上,发现一种新的公共领域正在不断发展,网络社区力量的壮大为建构新的技术民主化道路提供了现实基础,而交往行为理论为建构新的技术民主化道路提供了理论基础。整合哈贝马斯交往行为理论和芬伯格的技术批判理论是一条值得探讨的技术发展路线。Habermas and Feenberg's democratisation of technology cannot meet the requirements of the Internet era.Based on the analysis of Internet in the view of constructivism,this paper finds that a new public sphere is developing continually,the powerful online communities provide a realistic basis for the democratisation of technology,and the theory of communicative action provides a theoretical basis.Therefore,it can be shown that as a development route of technology,the integration of Habermas' theory of communicative action and Feenberg's critical theory of technology is worth discussing.
