摘　　要：目的研究牙周病导致前牙漂移患者的正畸治疗效果。方法选择23例牙周病前牙漂移成年患者,采用牙周正畸联合治疗方法和X线头影测量分析评价治疗效果及效果的保持。结果治疗后取得满意效果,移位牙齿得到较好复位,咬合良好,外观明显改善,牙槽骨吸收情况无进一步发展。1年后复查,21%的前牙测量点复现不同程度散在间隙。结论牙周正畸联合治疗牙周病前牙漂移可以取得良好疗效,但效果保持存在不足。Objective To study the effect of orthodontic treatment on periodontal patients with anterior tooth space. Meth- ods Twenty-three adult cases suffering from periodontosis with anterior tooth space were chosen, the effect and effect-~ keeping were evaluated based on X-cephalometric analysis by adopting periodontal-orthodontic combination therapy. Re- suits Satisfying effect was achieved, with shift teeth preferably reset, biting well and appearance obviously improved. Alve- olarresorption went well without further development. But 21 percent of anterior teeth appeared varying scattered gap when checked a year later. Conclusion The effect-keeping is kinder inadequate, but periodontal-orthodontic combination thera- py can actually achieve favorable effect on periodontal patients with anterior tooth space.
