摘　　要：急性脑梗死是内科常见疾病,具有高发病率、高致残率的特点。由于超急性期影像学改变不明显,常发生误诊并造成严重后果,本文旨在通过对误诊病例的分析总结,以提高对本病的认识。Acute cerebral infarction is commonly encountered disease in internal medicine with high incidence rate and disability rate, has led to frequent misdiagnose and serious consequences for the iconography transformation is slight in hy- peracute phase. Our investigation aim to deepen the understanding of the disease based on the analysis of the cases by mis- diagnose.
