基于转化医学理念中医诊断学课程研究生培养的研究

摘　　要：研究生实践应用能力是研究生教育的重要素质之一。本研究基于转化医学理念,采取问卷调查的方式,对中医诊断学课程研究生培养实践应用能力的关键特征指标进行论述和评价。统计资料用频数分析进行描述性统计。研究结果表明,研究生自主学习、外语应用能力、专业书籍阅读、导师指导等方面存在某些不足。因此,进一步加强研究生应用能力的培养需要三方面的努力:第一是加强自主学习,完善研究生的知识结构;第二是抓好课程教学,积极进行转化医学教育;第三是健全管理机制,充分发挥导师的引导作用。本研究对研究生的培养思路有着重要的指导意义。It is one of momentous qualities that current postgraduate have to possess the abilities in their practical opera- tion and in their application. Based on translational medicine, it is analyzed and commented by investigation and key char- acter survey method with the postgraduates of the diagnostics of TCM teaching. The analysis of questionnaire mainly uses the software of SPSS, analyze frequency and character. The results indicate that there are some mistakes in learner autono- my and the language application ability and instruction given by a tutor and published research in their area of study. So there are three on cultivation of application ability for the postgraduates. First, it is to promote autonomous learning and im- prove their knowledge structure. Second, the teaching reform of curriculum is important for postgraduates to enhance appli- cation ability, and translational medicine education are forging ahead. Third, we should gradually establish a management system and operational mechanism favorable to arousing the initiative of tutors, and let them fully guide and strengthen the role of their supervision. This research results have provided a new idea, and that has important directive to cultivation of postgraduates.
