中药双黄补对牙周病防治机制研究进展

摘　　要：双黄补由三种中药配伍制成,从促进牙周组织再生修复、抑制炎症反应、抗菌及抗内毒素等多方面发挥治疗效果,其中黄芩和黄连具有更明显的抗炎、抗菌作用,而骨碎补具有更好地促进牙周组织修复与再生的作用。三种药物相辅相成、联合作用,促进牙周病患者的痊愈,且因其是天然药物,无明显毒副作用,更易被患者接受。将双黄补开发、研制成各种剂型,通过不同作用途径用于防治牙周病或作为牙周基础治疗的辅助用药,具有广阔的应用前景。Shuanghuangbu is the compatibility of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, which plays curative effects in promotion of periodontal tissue regeneration and repair, inhibition of inflammatory response, antibiosis, antiendotoxin and other aspects. Among the three kinds of medicine, scutellaria and coptis have more significant anti-inflammatory and an- tibacterial effects while drynaria can better promote the repair and regeneration of periodontal tissues, The three kinds of medicine supplement each other and take combined effects in promoting the healing of periodontal diseases. In addition, because they are natural medicine and have no obvious toxic and side effects, they are more acceptable to patients. Developing and formulating various formulations from Shuanghuangbu and applying them to prevention of periodontal diseases or Using them as the adjuvant medicine of periodontal basic treatment through various pathways have broad application prospects.
