摘  要:目的探讨端粒酶在肺癌诊断中的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2009年1月~2010年12月间我院收治的经确诊为肺癌合并胸水患者36例的临床资料作为研究组,另选择35例经确诊肺部良性病变伴胸水患者作为对照组。应用TRAP-PCR-ELISA方法检测两组患者诱导痰、外周血、胸水、支气管冲洗液、纤维支气管镜活检组织的端粒酶活性。结果与对照组患者比较,研究组患者诱导痰、外周血、胸水高度、支气管冲洗液、纤维支气管镜活检组织端粒酶活性明显增高,两组患者相对应指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。多项联合检测的敏感性高于单项检测的敏感性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论端粒酶可能是判断肺癌发生的诊断指标,多项联合检测诊断更为准确。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of telomerase in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods Clini- cal data of 36 cases of patients diagnosed with lung cancer combined with pleural effusion in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed as the study group and 35 cases of patients diagnosed with benign lung disease combined with pleural effusion were retrospectively analyzed as the control group. Telomerase activities in in- duced sputum, peripheral blood, pleural fluid, bronchial lavage and bronchoscopy biopsy were detected with TRAP-PCR- ELISA method. Results Telomerase activities in induced sputum, peripheral blood, pleural effusion, bronchial washing flu- id and fiberoptic bronchoscopy biopsy of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.01). Sensitivity of joint detection method was significantly higher than that of single detection method (P 〈 0.05). Con- clusion Telomerase may be a diagnostic indicator for lung cancer and joint detection method is more accurate.
