早期音乐配合综合康复治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的观察

摘　　要：目的观察早期音乐配合综合康复治疗小儿脑性瘫痪(CP)的效果。方法将60例早期诊断为CP的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组给予Bobath和Vojta法训练、高压氧及药物治疗等综合康复治疗;观察组除给予对照组的综合康复治疗外,在治疗室或家中播放患儿喜爱的儿歌和童谣,每次10～15 min,每天2次。治疗前及治疗后3、6个月分别采用"0～6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表"测试各量表分,评估运动功能改善情况。结果治疗后,两组CP患儿的综合功能适应能力均有所提高,尤其是在治疗6个月后提高更明显,观察组正常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论音乐配合综合康复治疗小儿CP优于单纯综合康复,为探讨治疗小儿CP的有效综合疗法提供新思路。Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation combined with music tor treating children with cerebral palsy. Methods 60 cases whose early diagnosis as cerebral palsy were divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given Bobat and Vojta training, hyperbaric oxygen and medicine treatment, while treatment group was added with music treatment in the treatment room or home for 10 to 15 minutes per time, two times a day. ＂Neuropsychological development examination table （age 0-6）＂ was used to evaluated the motor function after treatment for 3 to 6 months. Results Comprehensive function improved in both groups, especially after treating for six months. The normal rate of treat- ment group was higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation combined with music for treat- ing children with cerebral palsy is better than simple rehabilitation. It is a new idea for treating children with cerebral palsy.
