二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙修复中的临床优势。方法随机选择成年人前牙分别以镍铬普通烤瓷冠和二氧化锆全瓷冠进行临床修复,各为21例,分别就解剖外形、颜色匹配、边缘适合性、牙龈状况、龈缘灰线五方面进行比较。结果两组在外形、边缘适合性方面无明显差异;在颜色匹配方面,二氧化锆全瓷冠显得更真实,在颜色的明度上有差异;在牙龈状况、龈缘灰线上差异极为显著。结论从美学和健康方面考虑,前牙修复可优先考虑氧化锆全瓷冠。Objective To investigate the clincal advantages of zirconia all-ceramic crown on the anterior tooth restoration. Methods The group A： 31 anterior teeth of 21 patients were treated with zirconia all-ceramic crown; the group B： 29 anterior teeth of 21 patients were treated with Ni-Cr alloy PFM crown. Results There was no significant difference in shape and edge; there was different in value of colour; there was significantly difference in health of peridontal tissue. Conclusions Restoration with zirconia all-ceramic crown contributes to aesthetic effect and periodental tissue＇s health of the anterior tooth.
