削薄股前外侧皮瓣游离移植修复舌癌术后缺损的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨削薄股前外侧皮瓣游离移植修复舌癌术后缺损的效果。方法:选择2007年1月-2011年10月我院口腔科舌鳞状细胞癌患者28例,采用舌癌根治术后联合削薄股前外侧皮瓣游离移植修复术后造成的舌缺损,并对治疗效果和舌功能恢复效果进行随访观察。结果:本组28例患者皮瓣均完全成活,再造舌体及舌根部形态恢复正常,供受区创口均一期愈合,下肢运动感觉功能无障碍。经术后随诊,所有患者修复后舌形态功能恢复良好。结论:对舌癌联合根治术造成的舌缺损,应用削薄股前外侧皮瓣游离移植的临床效果较好,重建后的舌功能恢复也较为理想。Objective： To evaluate the effect of using free thinning anterolateral thigh flap transplantation to repair the defects after tongue cancer resection.Methods： Twenty-eight patients with tongue squamous cell carcinoma underwent resection and flap transplantation.Results： The flaps of all 28 patients survived,tongues were reshaped well after operation,and the incisions both on thighs and on tongues were healed.All of the tongues＇ shape and function recovered well during the follow-up.Conclusion： The outcomes of free thinning anterolateral thigh flap transplantation were satisfactory to repair the defects after tongue cancer resection,and the tongue＇s function was recovered as well.
