改良表面角膜镜片术36例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨改良表面角膜镜片术的临床应用价值。方法　对无光感角膜白斑及有一定视功能的旁中央性角膜白斑 ,先天性或继发性无虹膜 3 6例 48眼分别设计不同大小的镜片、手术部位及缝合方法的角膜镜片术。结果　在随访期内 (平均 5 6月 ) ,3 6例 48眼的满意率达 98% ( 4 7/ 4 8) ,有一定视功能的16眼的视力均有不同程度的提高。结论　根据不同情况采用恰当的改良角膜镜片术可获得理想的临床效果。Objective To investigate the value of modified epikeratophakia in clinical practice.Methods The modified epikeratophakia of 48 eyes of 36 cases with leucoma without light perception,paracenteral leucoma with part of vision,congenital of secondary aniridia were respectively designed for the size of epikeratophakia,position of operation and method of suture.Results During follow up (mean 56 months),36 cases (48 eyes)have gained better efficacy (Satisfication rate 98%,47/48 of eyes).All of 16 patients vision was gained impovement to varying degree.Conclusions According to different cases,the better clinical effect may be obtained with modified epikeratophakia.
