摘　　要：目的比较鲜切皱皮木瓜饮片与传统饮片药理作用。方法采用不同剂量不同种木瓜饮片醇提物对小鼠进行灌胃,用小鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀模型测定COX-2活性来评价抗炎作用;用酒精损伤肝细胞并检测ALT和AST的活性评价保肝作用;用MTT法检测对HepG 2、Caski和A549细胞增殖的影响。结果鲜切木瓜饮片醇提物有较好的抗炎、保肝作用,不同木瓜饮片醇提取物在受试浓度下对受试HepG 2、Caski和A549细胞无明显抑制作用。结论鲜切皱皮木瓜饮片醇提物的抗炎、保肝药理活性优于传统方法加工的饮片,但同一剂量差异没有显著性。Objective To compare pharmacological actions of fresh - cut and traditional herbal decoction Chaenomeles Speciosa （Sweet） Nakai. Methods Induce hind paw edema model of mice by carrageen and alcohd respectively, the alanine aminotransferase （ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase （AST）were detected as biomarker in blood. And the HepG2,Caski and A.549 cells growth were measured by MTF - microculture tetrazoliu assay in vitro cell culture. Results The ethanol extracts of fresh - cut herbal decoction Chaenomeles Speciosa （Sweet） Nakai. had good anti - inflammation and hepatoprotective effects, the ethanol extracts of different herbal decoction could not obviously inhibit the proliferation of HepG2,Caski and .4549 cells, compared with the different concentration treated by drugs. Conclution The etha- nol extracts of fresh -cut herbal decoction Chaenomeles Speciosa（Sweet） Nakai. has better pharmacological activity than that of traditional one, while there was no significant difference between the same doses.
